Guests will be seated around a large table where they'll have their charcuterie platter blank canvas. All tools and food will be provided. I will walk everyone through cheese cutting technique, salami rose/cured meat folding techniques, and assembling everything onto a palm-leaf platter (14 x 10 inch round tray).
